Responsibility for decisions, implementation, and outcomes remains with the individual, leadership team, or organisation.

We value thoughtful dialogue, intellectual honesty, discretion, and mutual respect. Misrepresentation of our work, misuse of our materials, or breaches of confidentiality are inconsistent with these principles and may result in termination of the relationship.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any engagement, access, or collaboration at our discretion where conduct, expectations, or circumstances fall outside the principles outlined in this Code.

This includes protecting our people, our clients, our intellectual property, and our ability to do our work responsibly.

We reserve the right to work selectively with clients and partners whose intentions, aspirations, and ways of working align with these principles.
